You have been sent this information link as we would like you to provide a small sample of your urine.

This is to check the health of your kidneys. This could be because you have a condition such as diabetes or high blood pressure which can make you more at risk of kidney problems or you may already have kidneys which don’t work as well as normal.

Below are some instructions for how to provide a urine sample.

Please note if you have been asked for a blood test it is also important you get this done as well. The blood test and urine test together give us a better picture of your kidney health than either of these alone.
