On 20th February, the Health Innovation Network facilitated a Community of Practice session on prescribing and polypharmacy in CKD.

MDTs will run once a month for each PCN, alternating between Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes from 13:30 until 14:30.

You do not have to have a patient to attend and can join your own PCN MDT for learning.

In Grand Union: if you have a patient please task the clinical pharmacy group for the patient to be added to the clinic list.

Wednesdays will be hosted by Dr Georgina Aldous.

Thursdays will be hosted by Dr Sourjya Kar.
